KIK FM,
Darwin's dance music radio station, and our television production facility KIK
DIGITAL have a position vacant for a part-time Data
Wrangler.
Our last Data Wrangler wrote code, excelled at math, thought data entry was fun, and after two years has run off to study software design at University. So it is likely you will be interested in coding, computers and multi-media although formal experience isn't necessary.
We will provide training in our business processes but you will need to convince us that our data will be in safe hands. You will also be reliable, meticulous and very comfortable with the Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems.
The main tasks are backing up large video projects and updating out online project database. Other duties include assisting with keeping the office organised and on location shoots.
The position is for five house weekly on Saturday mornings. Students can be offered additional hours during holidays.

After countless hours searching for the most appropriate track to feature in our upcoming tv commercial, we stumbled across a beautiful release by TeckTech - coming out on Trance All-Stars Records mid April. We loved it, and the sound and feel was perfect for our TVC vision.. so we asked very kindly, and the friendly people at Trance All-Stars said we could use the track! YAY. Thank you very much guy! Very appreciated. The release is awesome.. so peeps, check out Trance All-Stars Records, and most definitely snap up the track and remixes once it has been released.
